1. DCNet2000 guarantees to return all of your money you paid for a annual or a
semiannual account (except the $15.00 setup charge) if you can not make connection,
or you make connection but get disconnected, or any other connection problem that
we can not solve, if you notify us with in one month from the day of sign up.
2. DCNet2000 will return unused portion of your money on a prorated basis a) if you move out of our service areas, b) Computer is stolen (police report required), c) House is burned (proof required), or any other drastic situation of equal measure, with in the contract period of one year or six month.
3. Same policy apply for 56k dialup connection, ISDN connection, Dedicated connections.
4. There is no money back guarantee for month to month accounts. If a customer notify us to discontinue their service with DCNet2000, we will stop billing the customer from next billing period.
