Renewal Policy
DCNet2000 renewal policy is designed to benefit you the DCNet user. The renewal policy makes it easier to understand and also give you the option to cancel your account before next renewal date. Our system calculates and pays for bandwidth based on existing customers. When you send in a cancellation request, it deletes your account from existing customers list and does not calculate bandwidth requirement for you. Similarly, if you do not send in a cancellation request the system treats you as an existing customer, calculates bandwidth requirement for you, contracts for bandwidth, and renews the account
Renewal Of Monthly Accounts: All monthly accounts will be renewed Automatically every month, unless customer send in a written request to cancel the account. After the receipt of a request of cancellation on an account, that account will be deleted from the billing computer and will not be renewed or billed on the next renewal date.
Renewal Of Semi-Annual Accounts: All semi-annual accounts will be renewed automatically every six month, unless customer send in a written request to cancel the account. After the receipt of a request of cancellation on an account, that account will be deleted from the billing computer and will not be renewed or billed on the next renewal date.
