Now that the Unicorns are providing Magic to our Space Alien friends, I am free to supply a Scientific explanation of How Magic Works:
The World is a five dimensional Energy Flow Field in which energy flows at a constant rate, the velocity of light.
Sub-Atomic particles are whorls in that field, analogous to whirlpools in water.
God perceives the world in all five Dimensions.
Humans, normally, perceive the world in only the 3 dimensions of length, width, and height.
An analogy is in a motion picture theater. The projectionist is like God. He can see past and future picture frames but his audience can only see the current frame. The "current frame" being projected is like "current time" for Humans, their perceptions are blocked from seeing the future or the past.
Human Souls are a component which is five dimensional. Thus, when a human dies, his soul suddenly perceives in the full five dimensions. God's five dimensional World is Heaven.
A living Human's body is a dynamic process in local State Space subject to cause and effect. Yet the human is a unique entity that is defined by a "blueprint" which is a form of information that determines the Human entity.
This is the same for Fairies, except that Fairies can imagine a new "blueprint" and their subconscious can magically impose that "new blueprint" upon the energy flow field causing it to "transform" the entity.
Love in five dimensions is a form of synergistic information. Thus Love is the basis of Magic!
